You can use the ClubCard in all shops with the ClubCard symbol.
The ClubCard is free of charge - you just have to sign up in one of the participating shops.
You will be able to receive bonus points as soon as you have filled in the application folder in
the shop. It will also be possible to sign up at this site under NEW MEMBER.
After the registration in the shop or online, you will receive your permanent ClubCard per post.
Until then you can use your temporary card available in the application folder.
With your ClubCard you receive 2% bonus on every purchase - and at special occasions up to 10%.
The points will be credited to your personal club account.
You will also receive news about the latest fashion and trends. You will receive invitations for
events and special activities in your shop.

100 bonus points are equivalent to DKK 1. If you buy articles in a value of DKK 200, a bonus
amount of DKK 4 (2%) is calculated. This amount of DKK 4 is converted into 400 bonus points and we
will credit your account with the points.
You can check your bonus account on your personal account under TRANSACTIONS.
Your bonus points are valid 24 months.
100 bonus points = 1 DKK.
If you buy for 200 DKK, you will receive 2% bonus - equivalent to 400 bonus points.
If you return an article, your bonus points will be deducted your personal club account.
When you have reached 10.000 bonus points, you will receive a bonus cheque of 100 DKK in the following month.
Your bonus cheque is valid for 24 months.
If you have lost your ClubCard, please call ClubService 00800 77 11 7000 immediately, or write an email
to CLUB@Matinique.com. The card will be blocked, and you will receive a new card for free. This is
also the case, if the card is damaged. ClubService will make sure to move the points from your old card
to the new card.
If you have forgotten your ClubCard, you cannot receive any points.
But if you come back to the shop within 8 days with the ClubCard the shop staff will make sure that
your points are registered on your account.
If you want to change your address or preferred shop, please access your personal account and change it
under PERSONAL DATA. You can also contact ClubService either by phone or mail.
After the first Log-in with the 4-figure temporary password, which you will find in the application
folder you can change your password under PASSWORD DATA.

CLUB@Matinique.com. Please only use the e-mail address that you submitted when you registered online
so that we can send you your password straight away.
