The Club Card
You can use the Club Card in all shops mentioned at this site.
The Club Card is free of charge - you just have to sign up in one of the participating shops.
As soon as you have filled in the application folder in the shop you will receive the Club Card, and
you can immediately start earning bonus points.
Advantages with the Club Card
With your Club Card you receive 10% bonus on every purchase. The points will be credited to your personal
club account.
You will also receive news about the latest fashion and trends. You will receive invitations for pre-sale
and special activities in your shop.

Bonus points
You will receive 10 % bonus on every purchase with your Club Card, which will be credited in form of bonus
points to your personal club account.
You can check your bonus account on your personal account under TRANSACTIONS.
Your bonus points are valid 24 months.
Bonus value
10 bonus points = 1 DKK.
If you buy for 200 DKK, you will receive 10% bonus - equivalent to 200 bonus points.
When will I receive a bonus cheque?
As a basic member when you have reached 4000 bonus points, you will receive a bonus cheque of 400 DKK in
the following month.
Your bonus cheque is valid for 24 months.
If you are a STAR member, meaning you have earned 12,000 bonus points or more on your Club account, you will
receive a bonus cheque of 500 DKK - every time your Club account reaches the level of 4000 bonus points.
In order to keep the Star member level - you have to continuously keep the level of bonus points at 12,000
points during a 2 year period. If the bonus points decrease and are below 12,000 points during the mentioned
period - you will return to the basic member level.
Lost the Club Card
If you have lost your Club Card, please call Club Service 00800 77 11 7000 immediately, or write an email to
clubcard@iccompanys.com, the card will be blocked, and you will receive a new card for free. This is also the
case, if the card is damaged. Club Service will make sure to move the points from your old card to the new card.
Forgotten Club Card
If you have forgotten your Club Card, you cannot receive any points.
But if you come back to the shop within 8 days with the Club Card and the receipt, then the shop staff will
make sure that your points are registered on your account.
Changes of personal data
If you want to change your address or preferred shop, please access your personal account and change it under
PERSONAL DATA. You can also contact Club Service either by phone or mail.
Change of the password
After the first Log-in with the 4-figure temporary password, which you will find in the application folder you
can change your password under PASSWORD DATA.
Forgotten the password
If you have forgotten your password, you can contact Companys Club Service directly on the freecall number:
00800 77 11 7000. Or send an e-mail to: clubcard@iccompanys.com. Please only use the e-mail address that you
submitted when you registered online so that we can send you your password straight away.
